Walking onThe Dyke. Part II( Bald Eagle).

One of the most popular sections of Richmond Trail System is the West Dyke. The West Dyke Trail provides excellent view of the Sturgeon Banks marshes, distant Howe Sound Mountains, and the Gulf Islands along a 5.5 km path between Terra Nova and Garry Point Park.
The West Dyke offers some of the most spectacular views of the North Shore and Coastal Mountains to be found in Richmond. There are panoramic views to the west of the ocean, Gulf Islands and estuary, with views to the north of the Coastal Mountains and Vancouver International Airport.  This is the great place for watching a sunsets, or early morning sunrise ...

Oh wow, what I would not give to take pictures of a bald eagle in the wild. Incredible pictures.
